Shipping and Returns

USA customers:

All items will be shipped vis UPS. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and delivery details.

Local Pick-up:

If you are located in Southern California, a local pick-up can be arranged in either Los Angeles or Ventura County. Local pick-ups are highly encouraged!

International customers:

For shipping international shipping options, please email hilarywalsh@icloud.com.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your sculpture, please let me know within 3 days of receiving at: hilarywalsh@icloud.com you will receive a refund for the price of the object only, not for the shipping either direction.

Refunds are issued only if the item is returned in the same conditions it was sent, and in the same packaging.

If items are damaged in transit, please email me within 24 hours of receiving with photos of the package and item, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
